This academy is the first of its kind, Veena, Saira & Natasha collectively bring 50+ years experience in business, finance & marketing. A trio of expertise to help you holistically work on the business plan with the execution that is right for you. This course tailored to the support your business needs to help you accelerate to new heights.

What Is it?

A 6-week course that covers everything you need to get your business strategy & marketing plan in order to reach your 2024 business goals. You will be writing a mini business plan for the year and filling it in week by week as we cover the essential topics you need.

There will be plenty of time for questions and we focus on your business needs to deliver outstanding outcomes.

The Finale

An in person event that involves a unique experience, event where you will pitch your business plan to selected Millionaire Business Dragons! They are successful entrepreneurs who will be able to offer you insights and  you valuable feedback on your business/ strategy and next steps.

What’s involved?

Week 1-5 will be delivered via a zoom program with time for individual questions and support. There will be homework at the end of each session because each week builds on the next and by the end you will have a plan and be clear on your goals and USP.

Week 6 will be a 1-2-1 call with one of our three mentors, and if you have specific needs you can request which mentor you prefer (social media, business coaching or finance). We will be reviewing your business plan and helping you tailor your pitch.

FINALE – this will be an in person full day event, where you will be part of a business workshop, and in then you will be presenting your business to our “DRAGON’s”. These will be industry experts who will give you valuable feedback and insights to help you further propel your Business journey.

The finale – will be a celebration day with networking opportunities.

Topics Covered  in the weekly sessions.

Week 1: Introduction to the business plan. Then we will look at The Business Personality, are you cut out for the world of business.

Week 2: Branding your business & building out your tailored assets for you to use.

Week 3: Build out your 30 day marketing plan for you to use, strategize your brand pillars & plan how to create your content strategy around your brand pillars.

Week 4: Time to get your finances in check. Growing a business is more than just how you market it, do you have your ducks in a row when it comes to business admin?

Week 5: Pricing strategies that work for you & give you the margin needed to make your business a success. Ask all the scary finance and tax questions you need to.
