Managed the UK launch of Ardell Beauty at Professional Beauty Show. Working directly with the stand builder and in-house Designer to bring the concept to life. Owning full project management of the stand build, booking Makeup Artists, stand merchandising and marketing assets. The stand allowed for consumer interaction with the selfie wall, product testing and the customer journey was pinnacle in generating more sales in an extremely fast-moving show.
