Full service e-commerce management of the front & back end of the website via Magento, with knowledge of setting up plug-ins and widgets, setting up online promotions, keeping track of orders and using it as a tool for positive customer service, whilst making sure the online customer journey was effective and developed with a high conversion of sales in mind.
Black Friday campaign resulted in 55% uplift in sales compared to previous years by using the CRM system to automate different % off, depending on customer spending habits. E.g. 30% off if you spent £100+ vs 10% off if you spent £20-£40. These categories pushed customers to increase basket value by 6%. A detailed understanding of Magento and automated systems was needed, alongside risk planning as it was our first time using the CRM in this way.
Worked on a Facebook Lead generation campaign to bring in more salons for professional foot care brand, Footlogix. This required set up of a strategic marketing funnel to acquiring the lead through Facebook & ending with a member of the sales team visiting the salon for a sale. The campaign resulted in £3K in sales from new leads and opened 30 new accounts.
