An update of all brand materials with a new look and feel which included brand guidelines, brand deck and lifestyle imagery. This was implemented into a complete Global Toolbox which includes all branded assets needed for global markets, such as banners, shelf wobblers, FSDU’s etc.

Managed the creative design of new packaging for the core range. This included key educational elements, featured the USP’s of the product front of pack to push purchase conversion and core brand values presented to build value.

Creatively managed and day to day management of the new updated website on Shopify, populating all pages. All copy was updated with SEO in mind and new elements such as the Ingredients library, shop by skin type and concern, featured reviews, affiliate marketing programmes and rewards scheme.           

Growth statistics vs LY: Through organic growth pushed engagement and brand awareness via influencer content, this generated an +360% online traffic, automated mailer flows, and a new CRM look and feel generated +577% customer acquisition and +44% revenue increase from CRM. 483% increase in views from blogs by doubling our blog content and creative valuable content instead of promotionally heavy. Created a target of posting 3 reels a week which increased engagement by +38% & web clicks by +24%. After receiving ad budget for one month as a test, I used bundles to increase AOV increase of +26% vs LQ.
