Brand Awareness was declining with the absence of the Founder on QVC channels. We wanted to position the brand on not having to rely on one person for awareness and concentrate on the USP of the products. With little budget we would need to think outside of the box to get the most out of organic campaigns. On pure relationship building and only COG, we secured two events. We were the only nail brand to feature at the National Wedding Show by partnering with London College of Beauty and the first nail brand to have a two week pop up at River Island’s flagship store in Marble Arch. Although we could not sell at these events, the brand went from a CRM database of 0 to 3K in one month, and 10K in 3 months.
We worked on NPD for two nail collections, this included full service product development from concept, stock forecast, target COG’s, names, creative visuals, marketing and sales. The AW17 collection was the official collection for Henry Holland at London Fashion Week and the SS18 PR event generated an uplift in influencer coverage due to its on trend colour selection.
Launched the website refresh by working with the Web Designer on the site structure and populated all web content on the back end. This included the creation of the first nail diagnostic tool, working with the designer on the mapping and front end design.
